What shipping carrier does SmartPro use?

We use EMS Speed post ,UPS and DHL and even local bus stations e.g: ifex, abc, etc. to deliver packages. We also deliver orders via our company`s delivery man but only in the city of lagos. International Packages are shipped using DHL Global Express. The recipient is responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges. Refused packages will be abandoned and will not be refunded.

 

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 12 pm, Monday through Friday are generally shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 12 pm should be shipped the next business day.

All orders are subject to product availability and order verification, which can delay the shipment of your package. Business days include Monday through Friday and exclude Holidays.

 

Send a Gift

At SmartPro Nigeria, you can order a product and have it delivered to your loved ones. All you have to do is fill out the recipient`s address as delivery address while ordering and we shall send the order directly to the recipients's address.

*We are un-able to split a single order and deliver to multiple addresses.

 

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will accept a return or exchange, with the original receipt, within 30 days of delivery. Product must be unused and in original packing. Please follow the directions below when sending in your return. Send an email or call our Customer service to notify us of your reasons for the return. You must wait for our written response before any return is made.

*Send item in its original packaging.

*Include a copy of the packing slip/reciept. If the packing slip is not available please include a note with your name, address, order number, and reason for return.

*If exchanging, please include the product number of the item in which you would like to exchange for.

*Use a trackable shipping method (example: UPS/DHL). We are not responsible for items lost during the return shipping process.

 

Schedule a Delivery

You can schedule an order to be shipped at a later date, eg: A week after purchase. All you do is to notify us by using the "Remark" field while making an order.

Our customer service would contact you to verify as well as confirm delivery date.
