When Will My Order Arrive?

We ship primarily via EMS Speedpost and it takes 2 to 5 working days for delivery.

Do you deliver to all the states in Nigeria?

We deliver to all major cities in Nigeria provided you have a traceable delivery address.

Can I order products that are out of stock?

Most items are only out of stock for a short period of time and some items takes longer to be back in stock. We suggest that you reserve the product and we shall contact you as soon as we get it back in stock.

What to do when product is sold out?

1. Subscribe to our newsletter, making sure you incluse your mobile phone number, we would notify you as soon as the product or an equivalent is back in stock.

2.Click on "Feedback" and send us an inquiry on a particular product and we would contact you with information on that product.

I my order was delivered faulty or in-complete, can I return it to you?

Yes but before you do, notify us via email or simply give us a ring.
